Jak (pokud) resite nefunkcnost indexu na nullable sloupce, zvlaste pak, pokud 
jsou to cizi klice?

Jde mi to, ze jelito jitrnice hodnota null ve sloupci, tak na dotaz 
is null proleza oracle db vsechny radky tabulky full scanem :( 
aspon teda 8.1.7.

Pravdepodobne by pomohl funkcni index, ale nezapekl, furt to hledalo stejne 
dlouho :( 

                              ...koneckoncu vse zalezi na uhlu pohledu.
