What is seventh heaven?

The Bible says God created the world in six days and on the seventh day He 
rested. It was such a great feeling, after achieving so much and then sitting 
back to enjoy it while resting on the seventh day, that we adopted the 
expression seventh heaven as being the ultimate pleasure out of this world, 
so to speak.
