pokud tim minis SSI, pak do httpd.conf pridej AddHandler server-parsed shtml
zalezi ale i na tom, jak mas nastaveny <Directory> kde mas www, povolis to 
pomoci parametru Includes, pokud uvedes IncludesNoExec, budes sice mit SSI 
ale bez exec.
